Fenicia brings together orders from all your sales channels into one unified view. From the orders page you can monitor the status of every order, apply advanced filters, and perform bulk actions.
The orders page organizes your orders into four main tabs:
| Tab | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | New orders that need your immediate attention |
| In Progress | Accepted orders that are being prepared or shipped |
| Completed | Orders that have been delivered or fulfilled |
| Cancelled | Orders that were cancelled or rejected |
Tip
The badge on each tab shows how many orders are in that status. Check the Pending tab frequently so no orders go unattended.
Use the search bar to find orders by order number, customer name, or product SKU.
To access advanced filters, click the Filters button next to the search bar.
Click Filters to expand the filtering options.
You can combine multiple filters:
Click Apply to see filtered results. Active filters appear as tags below the search bar.
Click any column header in the table to sort results:
Fenicia offers two display modes:
Switch between views using the icons in the upper-right corner of the list.
To perform actions on multiple orders at once:
Check the box next to each order you want to include. Use the header checkbox to select all visible orders.
With orders selected, an action bar appears with options such as:
Review the summary and confirm to execute the action across all selected orders.
Irreversible actions
Some bulk actions like cancelling orders cannot be undone. Double-check your selection before confirming.
