Managing Orders
Fenicia brings together orders from all your sales channels into one unified view. From the orders page you can monitor the status of every order, apply advanced filters, and perform bulk actions.
Status Tabs
The orders page organizes your orders into four main tabs:
| Tab | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | New orders that need your immediate attention |
| In Progress | Accepted orders that are being prepared or shipped |
| Completed | Orders that have been delivered or fulfilled |
| Cancelled | Orders that were cancelled or rejected |
Tip
The badge on each tab shows how many orders are in that status. Check the Pending tab frequently so no orders go unattended.
Searching and Filtering Orders
Use the search bar to find orders by order number, customer name, or product SKU.
Available Filters
To access advanced filters, click the Filters button next to the search bar.
Open the filter panel
Click Filters to expand the filtering options.
Select your criteria
You can combine multiple filters:
- Channel: Shopify, Amazon, MercadoLibre, etc.
- Date: Date range for order creation
- Amount: Total order amount range
- Payment method: Card, bank transfer, cash on delivery
Apply the filters
Click Apply to see filtered results. Active filters appear as tags below the search bar.
Sorting Results
Click any column header in the table to sort results:
- Date: Newest or oldest first
- Total: Highest or lowest amount
- Status: Grouped by status
Table View and Card View
Fenicia offers two display modes:
- Table view: Best for desktop, shows more information per row
- Card view: Optimized for mobile devices, displays key order details in a compact format
Switch between views using the icons in the upper-right corner of the list.
Bulk Selection
To perform actions on multiple orders at once:
Select the orders
Check the box next to each order you want to include. Use the header checkbox to select all visible orders.
Choose an action
With orders selected, an action bar appears with options such as:
- Accept orders: Mark selected orders as accepted
- Print: Generate shipping labels or receipts in bulk
- Export: Download the selected orders as a CSV file
Confirm the action
Review the summary and confirm to execute the action across all selected orders.
Irreversible actions
Some bulk actions like cancelling orders cannot be undone. Double-check your selection before confirming.
