Delivery Evidence
Delivery evidence allows you to confirm that an order was received by the customer and document the corresponding proof. This is especially important for marketplace orders that require delivery confirmation.
Marking as Delivered
Open the order
Navigate to the detail of the order you want to mark as delivered. The order must be in In Transit status.
Confirm delivery
Click the Mark as Delivered button. The system will record the date and time of the confirmation.
Upload evidence (optional)
If you have proof of delivery, you can attach it at this point or add it later.
Uploading Evidence
Fenicia allows you to attach different types of evidence to document the delivery:
Evidence Types
| Type | Description | Formats |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery photos | Image of the package delivered at the customer's address | JPG, PNG |
| Signed receipt | Acknowledgment of receipt with customer or recipient signature | JPG, PNG, PDF |
| Carrier confirmation | Document or screenshot from the carrier confirming delivery | JPG, PNG, PDF |
How to Upload Evidence
Access the evidence section
In the order detail, locate the Delivery Evidence section or click Add Evidence.
Select files
Drag and drop files or click to select them from your device. You can upload multiple files at once.
Confirm upload
Verify that the files display correctly and click Save.
Tip
You can upload evidence from both a computer and a mobile device. On mobile, you can take photos directly from the camera.
T1 Comercios (Sears / Sanborns)
Mandatory requirement for T1
Orders from T1 Comercios (Sears, Sanborns) require you to manually upload shipping evidence. Without this evidence, the marketplace will not process delivery confirmation and payment may be delayed.
For T1 Comercios orders:
Prepare the evidence
Gather the shipping label, photos of the labeled package, and any carrier receipt.
Upload to the order
In the order detail, upload the documents in the evidence section. Make sure to include:
- Photo of the shipping label attached to the package
- Carrier pickup receipt
Verify synchronization
Confirm that the evidence was synced correctly with T1 by checking the status in the timeline.
Where Evidence Appears
Delivery evidence is displayed in two locations within the order detail:
Timeline
Delivery events and uploaded evidence appear as entries in the order timeline, showing:
- Date and time of delivery confirmation
- User who confirmed the delivery
- Files attached as evidence
Attachments Section
All files uploaded as evidence are also available in the order's attachments section, where you can:
- View images at full size
- Download PDF documents
- Add additional evidence at any time
Best Practices
Tip
Upload evidence as soon as possible after confirming delivery. This protects against customer disputes and speeds up payment release on marketplaces.
- Clear photography: Make sure the address is legible in the photo
- Include date: If your camera supports it, enable the date and time stamp
- Keep backups: Maintain copies of evidence for at least 30 days
- Document exceptions: If delivery was to a third party or pickup point, document it in the order notes
