  • Name: Product title visible to your customers
  • Description: Rich text product description
  • Category: Classification within your catalog
  • Brand: Manufacturer or product brand
  • Tags: Keywords for organizing and filtering

  • The first image is used as the main image
  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP (max 5 MB per image)

Use high-quality images with a white background for best results on marketplaces. Recommended resolution is 1000x1000 px or higher.

Variants

Variants represent different options of a product, such as size, color, or material.

Each variant has its own:

  • Unique SKU
  • Price (may differ from the main product)
  • Barcode
  • Weight and dimensions
  • Inventory level per location
1

Add variant option

Click Add option and define the type (e.g., Size, Color). Enter the values separated by commas.

2

Configure each variant

Fenicia automatically generates the combinations. Assign a SKU, price, and inventory to each one.

3

Save changes

Click Save to apply changes to all variants.

SKU Management

The SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is the unique identifier for each product or variant in your inventory.

  • Each variant must have a unique SKU
  • SKUs sync with your sales channels
  • Use a consistent format (e.g., BRAND-MODEL-SIZE-COLOR)

Duplicate SKUs

Fenicia does not allow duplicate SKUs within your account. If you try to assign an existing SKU, you will receive a validation error.

Shipping

Configure the product's shipping information:

  • Weight: Product weight including packaging
  • Dimensions: Length, width, and height of the package
  • Requires shipping: Indicates whether this is a physical product

This information is used to calculate shipping rates with your configured carriers.

Channel Configuration

When a product is published on multiple channels, you can customize certain attributes per channel:

  • Channel-specific title for each marketplace
  • Differentiated pricing by channel
  • Publication status: Published, paused, draft
  • Marketplace category: Mapping to the channel's category

Languages and Localization

If you sell in markets with different languages, you can manage product translations:

  • Title and description in each configured language
  • Translations sync with channels that support multiple languages
