The inventory dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your stock status. From here you can quickly spot out-of-stock products, review low-stock alerts, and access the main inventory management tools.
At the top of the dashboard you'll find four cards with key metrics:
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Total products | Total number of products with tracked inventory |
| In stock | Products with available quantities for sale |
| Out of stock | Products with zero inventory across all locations |
| Low stock | Products below their configured minimum threshold |
Tip
Click any summary card to automatically filter the view and see only products in that status.
The dashboard includes a quick-action grid for direct access to the most common operations:
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Manage inventory | Opens the stock management view by product |
| New transfer | Creates a transfer between locations |
| New adjustment | Records an inventory adjustment for damage, loss, or other reasons |
| New count | Starts a physical inventory count to verify quantities |
| Sync external | Syncs quantities with your connected sales channels |
| View reports | Opens the inventory reports section |
The bottom section of the dashboard shows a chronological feed of the latest inventory movements:
Each entry shows the operation type, the user who performed it, the date, and the affected products.
Real-time data
Summary cards and recent activity update automatically. There is no need to reload the page to see the latest changes.
When a product falls below its minimum threshold, a notification appears on the dashboard. You can configure thresholds from the stock management view.
Check the Low stock card or the highlighted alerts in the activity feed.
Click the product to view its details and decide whether you need to create an adjustment, request restocking, or transfer stock from another location.
