Inventory reports give you full visibility into your stock status, historical movements, and turnover trends. Use these reports to make informed restocking decisions and detect operational issues.
Shows the current quantity of each product at every registered location. Ideal for spotting inventory imbalances between warehouses and stores.

Tip
Filter by location to get a snapshot of a single warehouse or store's inventory. This is especially useful before starting a physical count.
Lists all products that are below their minimum threshold or completely out of stock. This report helps you prioritize restocking.

Threshold configuration
Low-stock thresholds are set per product from stock management. Products without a configured threshold will not appear in this report.
Shows inventory movements over a given period: inflows, outflows, adjustments, and transfers. Includes turnover metrics to identify high- and low-demand products.

Tip
Products with low turnover may indicate overstock or obsolete items. Consider creating promotions or transferring them to locations with higher demand.
Compiles discrepancies detected in physical counts performed over a period. Shows patterns of variance that may point to systemic issues.

Go to Inventory → Reports and choose the report you need.
Apply the available filters depending on the report:
Data is presented in a table format with the option to sort by any column.
Click Export to download the data in CSV or PDF format.
All reports can be exported in two formats:

Export limit
Exports include all records matching the applied filters. For very large datasets, use specific filters to reduce the volume.
