Inventory Reports

Inventory reports give you full visibility into your stock status, historical movements, and turnover trends. Use these reports to make informed restocking decisions and detect operational issues.

Available Reports

Stock on Hand by Location

Shows the current quantity of each product at every registered location. Ideal for spotting inventory imbalances between warehouses and stores.

ColumnDescription
Product / VariantName, SKU, and variant
LocationWarehouse or store
AvailableQuantity available for sale
CommittedUnits reserved by orders
TotalAvailable + Committed

Tip

Filter by location to get a snapshot of a single warehouse or store's inventory. This is especially useful before starting a physical count.

Low-Stock and Out-of-Stock Alerts

Lists all products that are below their minimum threshold or completely out of stock. This report helps you prioritize restocking.

ColumnDescription

Threshold configuration

Low-stock thresholds are set per product from stock management. Products without a configured threshold will not appear in this report.

MetricDescription
InflowsUnits received (purchases, returns, positive adjustments)
OutflowsUnits dispatched (sales, negative adjustments)
TransfersMovements between locations
TurnoverHow frequently inventory is replenished

Tip

Products with low turnover may indicate overstock or obsolete items. Consider creating promotions or transferring them to locations with higher demand.

ColumnDescription

DateCount completion date
LocationWhere the count was performed

Net varianceSum of all differences (positive and negative)
