Stock Management
The stock management page (/inventory/manage) lets you view and control inventory for each product at the variant and location level. From here you can make quick adjustments, set low-stock thresholds, and update quantities in bulk.
Product View
Each row in the table displays a product with its key information:

| Product | Product name, image, and SKU |
| Variants | Number of registered variants |
| In stock | Total available quantity across all locations |
| Location | Stock distribution by warehouse or store |
| Status | Visual indicator: in stock, low stock, or out of stock |
Click a product to expand the variant detail and see quantities per location.
Variant and Location Inventory
When you expand a product, you'll see a table for each variant-location combination:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Variant | Variant name (size, color, etc.) |
| SKU | Unique variant code |
| Location | Warehouse or store where the stock is held |
| Available | Quantity available for sale |
| Committed | Units reserved by pending orders |
| In transit | Units being transferred to this location |
Tip
Use the search bar to quickly find products by name, SKU, or barcode.
Quick Quantity Adjustment
To correct a product's quantity without creating a formal adjustment:
Select the variant
Expand the product and locate the variant and location you want to modify.
Open the adjustment dialog
Click the edit icon next to the available quantity.
Enter the new quantity
Type the correct quantity and select a reason for the change (correction, damage, loss, etc.).
Confirm the adjustment
Click Save. The change is recorded in the product's movement history.
Formal adjustments
For corrections that require approval or detailed documentation, use the inventory adjustments page.
Low-Stock Alerts
Configure minimum thresholds to receive alerts when a product is about to run out:
Access product settings
Click the product and find the Low stock threshold section.
Set the threshold
Enter the minimum quantity. When available stock drops below this value, the product will appear as "low stock" on the inventory dashboard.
Low-stock products are highlighted with a visual indicator in the table so you can spot them at a glance.
Bulk Updates
To modify quantities for multiple products at once:
Select the products
Check the box next to each product you want to update.
Choose the bulk action
Click Update quantities in the action bar.
Confirm the changes
Review the change summary and confirm to apply.
Bulk changes
Bulk updates are applied immediately. Verify quantities before confirming.
