Channel Publishing
Fenicia lets you publish your products to multiple marketplaces from a single place. Manage availability, map attributes, and sync your catalog with every connected sales channel.
Supported Channels
Fenicia integrates with the leading marketplaces in the region:
| Channel | Type |
|---|---|
| Shopify | Online store |
| Amazon | Global marketplace |
| MercadoLibre | LATAM marketplace |
| Walmart | Marketplace |
| T1 Comercios | Sears / Sanborns |
| TikTok Shop | Social commerce |
| Coppel | Mexico marketplace |
| Shein | Fashion marketplace |
Availability Panel
In the edit form for each product, the right column displays the availability panel. From here you can toggle publishing on or off for each connected channel.
- Enabled: the product syncs with the channel
- Disabled: the product does not appear on the channel
Tip
Availability changes are applied automatically. When you enable a channel, Fenicia starts the validation and publishing process.
Sync Status Indicators
Each channel shows a status indicator:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Product published and synced successfully |
| Pending | Publishing in progress |
| Error | Sync failed; review the details |
| Disabled | Product not published on this channel |
The date and time of the last sync is also displayed for each channel.
Export Flow
To publish products to a specific channel, go to Products → Export → [Channel] (/products/export/:channelId). The process follows these steps:
Validation
Fenicia verifies that each product meets the channel requirements: mandatory fields, images, category, and attributes.
Attribute resolution
Map your product attributes to the attributes required by the marketplace. Fenicia offers AI-powered auto-resolution as well as manual mapping.
Preview and publish
Review the products ready for publishing and confirm the export.
Validation Status Groups
During the export process, products are classified into four groups:
| Group | Description |
|---|---|
| Published | Products already synced with the channel |
| Ready | Products validated and ready to publish |
| Needs Review | Missing attributes, category, or other required information |
| Rejected | Products that failed when attempting to publish to the channel |
Products needing review
Products marked as "Needs Review" require you to complete the missing information before they can be published. Fenicia tells you exactly which fields are missing.
AI-Powered Category Discovery
Fenicia uses artificial intelligence to suggest the most appropriate category on each marketplace. Based on your product's title and description, the system automatically predicts the correct classification.
- The suggestion appears during the export process
- You can accept the suggestion or manually select another category from the channel's category tree
Tip
AI category prediction saves significant time, especially when publishing large catalogs for the first time.
Attribute Resolution
Each marketplace requires specific attributes (size, color, material, etc.). Fenicia helps you resolve the mapping in two ways:
- AI auto-resolution: Fenicia analyzes your product and attempts to automatically map attributes to the channel's format
- Manual mapping: Use the mapping interface to assign each of your product attributes to the corresponding marketplace attribute
Required attributes
If the marketplace requires attributes that do not exist on your product, you will need to fill them in before publishing. Missing attributes are highlighted in the resolution section.
Batch Publishing
You can publish multiple products at once:
Select products
Check the products you want to publish to the channel.
Resolve attributes
Complete the attribute mapping for all selected products.
Preview
Review the summary of products to be published.
Publish
Confirm the publication. Fenicia processes products based on the quantity:
- 25 products or fewer: immediate sync
- More than 25 products: async processing with real-time progress tracking
Progress Modal
During batch publishing, Fenicia displays a real-time progress modal showing:
- Number of products processed vs. total
- Individual status of each product (success, error, in progress)
- Detailed error messages for products that failed
Channel-Specific Configuration
Each marketplace has its own configuration modal accessible from the export panel. Options include:
- Channel category tree
- Required and optional attributes
- Channel-specific pricing overrides
- Inventory rules for the channel
