Tip

Our list of integrations is constantly growing. If you need a channel that is not listed here, reach out to learn about our roadmap.

Channels View

The Channels page (/channels) displays all your connected channels. You can toggle between two views:

  • Grid view: Cards showing the channel logo, store name, connection status, and quick metrics.
  • List view: Compact table with status, last sync time, and quick actions.

Searching Channels

Use the search bar to find channels by store name or marketplace type. This is helpful when you manage many connections.

Connection Status

Each channel displays a status indicator:

StatusMeaning
ConnectedThe channel is active and syncing data
PausedSync is temporarily stopped
ErrorThere is an authentication or connectivity issue
DisconnectedThe channel has been unlinked

Channels with errors

If a channel shows an error status, check the channel settings to re-authenticate or verify permissions.

Sync Controls

From the channels view you can:

  • Sync now: Force an immediate sync of orders, products, or inventory.
  • Pause sync: Temporarily stop data imports without disconnecting the channel.
  • View history: Review the log of recent syncs and any errors.

Empty State

If you have not connected any channels yet, you will see an empty state with an Add Channel button that takes you to the connection wizard.
