Every connected channel has its own dashboard accessible at /channels/:id. Here you will find key metrics, shortcuts, and features that are specific to each marketplace.
When you open a channel's dashboard, you see a summary of the most relevant metrics:
- Recent orders: Number of new, in-progress, and completed orders.
- Synced products: Total products published on the channel.
- Inventory: Overall status of synchronized stock.
- Period revenue: Total sales for the channel within the selected date range.
Tip
Metrics vary by marketplace. Amazon includes FBA data, MercadoLibre shows pending questions, and T1 Comercios displays payment reconciliation information.
The channel dashboard includes a sidebar with the following sections:
| Section | Description |
|---|
| Overview | General metrics and recent activity |
| Orders | Channel orders with specific filters |
| Products | Catalog published on the channel |
| Analytics | Sales reports, trends, and performance |
| Settings | Sync settings, pricing, and logistics |
In addition to these common sections, each marketplace may add extra pages based on its unique features.
Shopify offers the most comprehensive integration. Beyond orders, products, and inventory, it syncs:
- Customers: Import customer data directly from Shopify to enrich your CRM in Fenicia.
- Collections: Sync your store's collections and categories.
Amazon includes features tailored for FBA and FBM sellers:
- FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon): View inventory stored at Amazon fulfillment centers, orders managed by Amazon, and associated fees.
- Account reports: Access performance reports directly from Fenicia.
FBA and inventory
FBA inventory is managed by Amazon. Fenicia displays stock levels but does not modify them directly. For FBM inventory, sync is bidirectional.
MercadoLibre adds sections specific to its ecosystem:
- Questions: Manage buyer questions directly from Fenicia. Reply without leaving the platform.
- MercadoLibre Full: Monitor inventory shipped to MercadoLibre warehouses and track Full shipment status.
T1 includes financial reconciliation tools:
- Payment reconciliation: Compare payments received from T1 against orders recorded in Fenicia to detect discrepancies.
- Settlement reports: Review payment cutoffs and commissions.
Walmart offers bulk product management features:
- Bulk uploads: Manage mass product feeds and monitor their processing status on the Walmart portal.
- Feed errors: Identify and fix products rejected by the marketplace.
Coppel requires specific product identification:
- UPC: Manage the UPC codes required by Coppel for each product. Fenicia validates that all products have a UPC before syncing.
Claro Shop includes invoicing and logistics features:
- CFDI: Generate and send electronic invoices (CFDI) required by Claro Shop for each order.
- Express shipping: Configure and manage express shipping options available on the platform.
- Reconciliation: Similar to T1, allows you to reconcile payments and commissions.
The overview section displays a recent activity log for the channel:
- New orders received
- Products updated
- Syncs completed or failed
- Configuration changes
