Every connected channel has its own settings page accessible at /channels/:id/settings. Here you can customize how Fenicia interacts with the marketplace, from pricing rules to shipping preferences.
Go to Channels and select the channel you want to configure to access its dashboard.
In the channel sidebar, click Settings.
Define how long you need to prepare an order from this channel before shipping it. This value is communicated to the marketplace to calculate estimated delivery dates.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Preparation days | Number of business days to get the order ready |
| Cutoff time | Deadline for processing same-day orders |
Tip
Set realistic preparation times. A time that is too short can lead to delays and penalties on marketplaces like Amazon or MercadoLibre.
Control how product prices are calculated for each channel:
Marketplace commissions
Many marketplaces charge commissions on each sale. Use pricing rules to absorb or pass that cost on to the selling price.
Select the tax entity type associated with this channel. This affects invoicing and financial reports:
Define which inventory location fulfills orders from this channel:
Inventory and locations
If you change the assigned location, stock levels synced with the marketplace will update automatically. Make sure the new location has enough inventory.
Configure which shipping services are used for orders from this channel:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Preferred carrier | Default shipping service (DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, UPS, Skydropx, T1 Envios) |
| Shipping service | Service type: standard, express, economy |
| Auto-generate labels | Create shipping labels automatically when an order is accepted |
Tip
Some marketplaces like Amazon FBA and MercadoLibre Full handle shipping for you. In those cases, carrier preferences do not apply.
Adjust what data syncs and how often:
If you need to temporarily stop syncing without losing your configuration:
In the settings section, enable the Pause channel toggle. Existing data is preserved but no longer updated.
Disable the pause to resume syncing. Fenicia will run an immediate sync to catch up.
Irreversible action
Disconnecting a channel revokes Fenicia's permissions on the marketplace. Orders and history are kept in Fenicia, but you will need to reconnect the channel to resume syncing.
To disconnect, click Disconnect channel at the bottom of the settings page and confirm the action.
If the channel shows an authentication error or was disconnected, click Reconnect to start the authorization flow again without losing your previous configuration.
