Shipping settings allow you to define the origin and return addresses used when generating shipping labels, create package templates with preset dimensions, and review available carrier integrations.
Origin addresses are the addresses from which you ship your orders. You can save multiple addresses and select the appropriate one based on the location from which each shipment is prepared.
Go to Settings → Shipping and click New origin address.
Enter the reference name, full address, contact phone number, and email address.
Mark an address as default so it is automatically selected when creating new shipping labels.
In addition to origin addresses, you can configure a different return address. This is used when a customer returns a package and you want it delivered to a specific location different from the origin.
Tip
Link your origin addresses with your locations to maintain consistency between your inventory and shipping operations.
Package templates allow you to preconfigure the dimensions and weight of packaging you frequently use. This speeds up label generation and reduces errors.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Template identifier (e.g., "Medium box") |
| Length | Package length in centimeters |
| Width | Package width in centimeters |
| Height | Package height in centimeters |
| Weight | Empty package weight in kilograms |
| Material | Packaging type (box, envelope, tube) |
In the templates section, click New package template.
Enter the measurements and base weight of the packaging.
When preparing a shipment, select the template to automatically fill in the package dimensions.
Accurate dimensions
Carriers calculate shipping cost using volumetric weight (based on dimensions) or actual weight, whichever is greater. Keep your templates updated to get accurate quotes.
