Billing & Subscription

From the billing section you can check your current plan details, upgrade your subscription, manage payment methods, and review your account's invoice history.

Plan details and billing management

Available Plans

Fenicia offers different subscription tiers based on your business needs:

Trial period

During the free trial period you have access to all platform features. When it ends, select a plan to continue using Fenicia without interruptions.

Current Plan Details

On the main billing page you can see:

  • Active plan — name and tier of your current subscription
  • Renewal date — when the next period will be charged
  • Amount — monthly or annual cost of your plan
  • Status — active, paused, or expired

Changing Plans

Review options

Go to Settings → Billing and click Change plan to see available options.

Select new plan

Compare each plan's features and select the one that best fits your operation.

Confirm change

Review the change summary, including proration if applicable, and confirm the upgrade.

Tip

Upgrades are applied immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payment Methods

Manage the cards and payment methods associated with your account:

  • Add method — register a new credit or debit card
  • Default method — select which card is used for automatic charges
  • Remove method — remove a payment method you no longer need

Payment method required

You must have at least one active payment method to maintain your subscription. If your payment method fails, you will receive notifications to update it before your access is suspended.

Invoice History

The history section shows all generated invoices:

Customer Billing Portal

In Settings → Billing Portal you can customize the billing experience your customers see, including your company information and the data that appears on generated documents.

Collection Process

Fenicia uses an automated collection process with courtesy notifications:

  1. Day 0 — Charge attempt on the renewal date
  2. Day 14 — Second attempt if the first failed, with notification
  3. Day 30 — Third attempt with suspension warning
  4. Day 60 — Partial feature suspension
  5. Day 90 — Full account suspension
