Business Profile

The business profile is the first thing you should configure after creating your Fenicia account. Here you define your company identity, including trade name, legal name, visual branding, and contact information that is reflected throughout the platform.

General configuration for your business profile

Company Information

In the Settings → General section you will find your main business fields:

Currency and timezone

The currency and timezone you select here apply as default values across the entire platform. Individual sales channels may have their own currency depending on the marketplace.

Branding and Visual Identity

Customize the appearance of your account by uploading your brand elements:

Upload logo

Upload your company logo in PNG or SVG format. It is used in documents, emails, and the billing portal.

Select brand colors

Define your primary and secondary brand colors. These colors are applied in customer communications and generated documents.

Preview

Review how your branding looks in different contexts before saving changes.

Tip

Use a logo with a transparent background for the best results in documents and emails.

Contact Information

Configure the contact details displayed to your customers and on official documents:

  • Primary email — customer-facing contact address
  • Phone — main support number
  • Fiscal address — address shown on invoices and legal documents
  • Website — URL of your store or corporate site

Regional Configuration

Regional settings affect how dates, numbers, and currencies are displayed throughout the platform:

Currency change

Changing the default currency does not convert existing prices. It only affects new products and orders created after the change.

Saving Changes

After completing your profile, click Save to apply all changes. The information is reflected immediately across the platform.
