Pipelines at /crm/leads/pipelines let you define the stages a prospect goes through before becoming a customer. Create multiple pipelines based on your business type and visualize the progress of your opportunities.
Fenicia supports two approaches for organizing your pipelines:
| Type | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Lifecycle | Stages of the generic sales process | New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Close |
| Business type | Specific pipelines per product or service | Wholesale pipeline, Retail pipeline, Subscription pipeline |
Tip
You can combine both approaches. Use a lifecycle pipeline as default and create additional pipelines for specific business lines that require different stages.
Go to /crm/leads/pipelines and click "New pipeline".
Assign a descriptive name and select whether it is a lifecycle or business type pipeline.
Add the stages that compose your funnel. For each stage define: name, identifying color, and close probability weight.
If you want new leads to automatically enter this pipeline, mark it as default.
Each pipeline stage has three configurable properties:
Define clear names that your team understands without ambiguity. Examples: "First contact", "Demo scheduled", "Negotiation", "Contract sent".
Assign a color to each stage for visual identification in board views and reports. Colors help your team quickly recognize which phase each opportunity is in.
The probability weight (0-100%) indicates the statistical likelihood of closing a deal that is at that stage:
| Example stage | Typical probability |
|---|---|
| New lead | 10% |
| Contact made | 20% |
| Demo completed | 40% |
| Proposal sent | 60% |
| Negotiation | 80% |
| Won | 100% |
Sales forecast
Probability weights feed the sales forecast. If you have a $10,000 deal at the "Proposal sent" stage with 60% probability, the system projects $6,000 as probable revenue.
The default pipeline is the funnel to which leads are automatically assigned when they do not have an explicit pipeline:
Deals (opportunities) at /crm/leads/deals are leads that have progressed enough to have a monetary value associated. From the deals view you can:
You can modify an existing pipeline at any time:
Active leads
If you delete a stage that has active leads, Fenicia will ask you to select which stage to move them to before confirming the deletion.
