Lead Integrations

The integrations module at /crm/leads/integrations lets you connect external sources so leads arrive automatically in your Fenicia CRM. Monitor the status of each connection and the leads generated by each source.

Available Sources

Meta Lead Ads (Facebook and Instagram)

Connect your Lead Ads forms so every prospect who fills out a form on Facebook or Instagram arrives instantly in Fenicia.

Connect Meta account

Click "Connect" next to Meta Lead Ads. The OAuth authentication flow will open where you authorize Fenicia to access your forms.

Select pages and forms

Choose the Facebook pages and specific forms you want to connect.

Map fields

Associate your Meta form fields (name, email, phone) with lead fields in Fenicia.

Activate sync

Confirm the configuration. Leads will start arriving in real time.

Google Ads

Sync leads generated by Google Ads form extensions directly with your CRM.

  • Requires an active Google Ads account with form extensions configured.
  • Leads are imported with the data the prospect provided in the form.
  • Includes campaign and ad group information to track the origin.

Email Marketing

Connect your email marketing platform to sync contacts and activity:

  • Mailchimp: Sync lists and campaign activity.
  • SendGrid: Import contacts and track opens.
  • ActiveCampaign: Bidirectional: Fenicia leads export and vice versa.

WhatsApp Business

Integrate WhatsApp Business API to capture conversations as leads:

  • Each new conversation initiated by a prospect can automatically create a lead.
  • Responses and messages are recorded in the lead's history.
  • Requires WhatsApp Business API (does not work with personal WhatsApp).

SMS

Connect SMS providers for capture and communication:

  • Incoming messages from unregistered numbers can create new leads.
  • Integration with automations functionality for SMS sending.

OAuth Authentication Flow

Most integrations use OAuth to connect securely:

  1. Click "Connect" on the desired integration.
  2. A window from the provider (Meta, Google, etc.) opens where you sign in.
  3. Authorize the permissions Fenicia needs (form reading, lead access).
  4. You are redirected back to Fenicia with the connection established.

Token renewal

OAuth tokens expire. Fenicia renews them automatically, but if an integration disconnects, you will receive a notification to reconnect.

Status Monitoring

Each connected integration shows health indicators:

IndicatorMeaning
Active (green)The integration is working correctly and receiving data
Warning (yellow)There is a minor issue (token expiring soon, rate limit approaching)
Error (red)The connection failed and requires immediate attention
Disconnected (gray)The integration was manually deactivated

Leads Generated Counters

Next to each integration you will see a generated leads counter:

  • Total historical: How many leads this source has generated since connected.
  • Last month: Leads generated in the last 30 days.
  • Last sync: Date and time of the last lead received.

Tip

Use the counters to evaluate each source's performance. If an integration stopped generating leads, check that associated campaigns are still active and the connection is healthy.

Disconnect an Integration

If you need to disconnect a source:

  1. Click the three-dot menu on the integration.
  2. Select "Disconnect".
  3. Confirm the action. Existing leads are not deleted; only new ones stop arriving.

In-transit leads

When disconnecting, there may be in-transit leads that arrive in the following minutes. These will be processed normally before the disconnection takes effect.
