Automations at /crm/leads/automations let you define workflows that execute without manual intervention. Configure triggers that fire automatic actions to nurture prospects, notify your team, and move leads through the pipeline.
Fenicia includes ready-to-use templates covering the most common scenarios:
| Template | Trigger | Actions |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome lead | Lead created | Send welcome email + assign to salesperson |
| 48h follow-up | 48 hours without activity | Send reminder email + notify salesperson |
| Qualified lead | Stage changed to "Qualified" | Send SMS + create task for salesperson |
| Reactivation | 7 days inactive | Send special offer via email |
Tip
Templates are a starting point. You can duplicate them and customize each step according to your business needs.
Define which event fires the automation. Choose from the available triggers (see table below).
Filter when it should execute. For example: only if the lead comes from Meta Ads, only if it has a "premium" tag, or only during business hours.
Add one or more actions that will execute in sequence when the trigger fires and conditions are met.
Between actions you can add pauses. For example: send email immediately, wait 2 days, send follow-up SMS.
Review the complete summary and activate the automation. You can pause it at any time.
| Trigger | Description |
|---|---|
lead_created | A new lead is created in the system (manual, import, or integration) |
stage_changed | A lead changes stage in the pipeline |
time_based | A period passes without activity on the lead |
form_submitted | A web form connected to Fenicia is submitted |
email_opened | The lead opens an email sent from the platform |
Combining triggers
You can create multiple automations with different triggers that act on the same leads. Fenicia prevents duplicates: if a lead already received a specific action, it will not repeat.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Send email | Send a personalized email with lead variables (name, company, etc.) |
| Send SMS | Send a text message to the lead's number |
| Internal notification | Notify a team member or Slack/Teams channel |
| Move stage | Automatically change the lead's pipeline stage |
| Assign user | Assign the lead to a specific salesperson or by rotation |
| Add tag | Add a tag to the lead for classification |
Each active automation shows performance metrics:
These metrics help you identify which automations are working and which need adjustments.
Consent
Make sure you have the lead's consent for email and SMS communications. In Mexico, the Federal Data Protection Law requires a privacy notice and an opt-out option.
