Leads Overview

The leads dashboard at /crm/leads is your operations center for managing prospects. Here you can view all your leads, filter by source or status, and quickly access CRM tools through the secondary navigation.

General View

When you access the CRM module, the leads panel displays:

  • Lead list: All your prospects with key information such as name, email, source, and current status.
  • Status counters: Quick indicators of how many leads are new, contacted, qualified, and closed.
  • Search bar: Find leads by name, email address, or phone number.

Tip

The list view is ideal for bulk operations. Select multiple leads to assign them to a salesperson, change their status, or add tags in bulk.

The CRM module includes side navigation with the following sections:

Available Filters

Refine the lead list using filters:

  • Status: New, contacted, qualified, proposal sent, won, lost.
  • Source: Meta Ads, Google Ads, web form, WhatsApp, referral, manual.
  • Assigned to: Filter by the responsible salesperson.
  • Tags: Search for leads with specific tags you have defined.
  • Creation date: Date range to view recent or historical leads.

Lead Detail

Clicking on a lead opens their complete profile:

  • Contact information: Name, email, phone, company.
  • Activity history: All recorded interactions (emails sent, calls, notes).
  • Current pipeline: Which stage of the funnel they are in.
  • Tags and custom fields: Additional data you have configured.
  • Origin source: Where the lead came from (campaign, form, integration).

Duplicate leads

Fenicia detects duplicate leads by email address or phone number. When a duplicate is identified, it lets you merge the information to keep a clean record.

Quick Actions

From the lead list you can execute actions without opening the detail:

  • Call: Initiate a direct call if you have phone integration.
  • Send email: Open the email composer with the lead's data preloaded.
  • WhatsApp: Send a WhatsApp message if the lead has a registered number.
  • Move stage: Change the pipeline stage by dragging or from the menu.
  • Assign: Reassign the lead to another team member.

Import Leads

You can add leads manually or in bulk:

Manual

Click "New lead" and fill out the form with the prospect's details.

CSV import

Upload a CSV file with columns mappable to Fenicia fields. Ideal for migrating from another CRM.

Automatic integrations

Connect sources like Meta Lead Ads or Google Ads so leads arrive automatically. See Lead Integrations.
