Shipments Dashboard

The shipments dashboard at /shipping/shipments centralizes all information about your packages in transit, pending pickup, and delivered. From here you can track any shipment, filter by status, and quickly act on incidents.

Quick Stats

At the top of the panel you will find cards with key metrics:

In transitPackages currently on their way to destination
PendingShipments created but not yet picked up
DeliveredPackages confirmed as delivered to the customer

Tip

Stats update in real time as carriers report status changes. If you notice a delay, check the carrier connection in your settings.

Shipments Table

The main table displays all your shipments with the following columns:

  • Tracking number: Tracking identifier assigned by the carrier.
  • Associated order: Fenicia order number linked to the shipment.
  • Carrier: DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, UPS, or other.
  • Status: Pending, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, or incident.
  • Created date: When the shipping label was generated.
  • Last update: Timestamp of the most recent tracking event.

Search and Filters

You can locate specific shipments in two ways:

Search by tracking or order number

Use the search bar at the top of the table. It accepts both tracking numbers and order numbers.

Filter by status

Select one or multiple statuses from the filter menu to see only the shipments you care about. For example, filter by "In transit" to monitor active packages.

Filter by carrier

If you work with multiple carriers, filter by carrier to analyze each one's performance.

Status Tracking

Each shipment has a timeline showing tracking events reported by the carrier:

  1. Label created — The shipping label was generated.
  2. Picked up — The carrier collected the package.
  3. In transit — The package is on its way.
  4. Out for delivery — The package left for delivery to the customer's address.
  5. Delivered — Delivery confirmed successfully.

Incidents

If a shipment has an incident (failed delivery attempt, incorrect address, damaged package), it will appear with a red indicator. Check the details to take immediate action.

Available Actions

From the table you can perform quick actions on each shipment:

  • View details: Open the full tracking timeline.
  • Copy tracking number: Copy the tracking number to your clipboard.
  • Notify customer: Resend the tracking notification via email or WhatsApp.
  • Report incident: Open a ticket with the carrier directly from Fenicia.
