Pickup Scheduling

From /shipping/pickups you can request carriers to pick up packages at your location, without needing to drop them off at a branch. Manage all your scheduled pickups from one place.

Create a Pickup

Select carrier

Choose the carrier that will perform the pickup. Only carriers with pending labels or those that allow pickups without prior labels will appear.

Set date and time window

Select the desired date and the time range when your team will be available to hand over packages. The minimum window is typically 2 hours.

Confirm pickup address

Verify that the origin address is correct. If you manage multiple locations, select the corresponding warehouse or store.

Specify package count

Indicate how many packages will be picked up. This helps the carrier assign the right vehicle.

Confirm request

Review the summary and confirm. You will receive a confirmation with the assigned pickup number.

Tip

Schedule pickups at least one day in advance to ensure availability. Same-day requests have a lower chance of being accepted.

Manage Pickups

The pickups table shows all requests with their current status:

  • Scheduled: The pickup was accepted and is on the calendar.
  • En route: The driver is on the way to your location.
  • Completed: Packages were successfully picked up.
  • Cancelled: The pickup was cancelled by you or the carrier.
  • Failed: The driver could not complete the pickup (business closed, incorrect address).

Cancellations

You can cancel a scheduled pickup up to 2 hours before the start of the time window at no additional cost. Late cancellations may incur charges depending on the carrier.

Recurring Pickups

If you ship packages daily, set up recurring pickups:

  1. Enable the "Repeat pickup" option when creating a new request.
  2. Define the frequency: daily (Monday through Friday), specific days of the week, or custom.
  3. Set the same time window or adjust per day.

Recurring pickups are created automatically and you can pause or cancel them at any time.
