The customer profile brings together all relevant information on a single page: contact details, purchase history, automatic segmentation, and fiscal data. Access it from the customer list by clicking any customer name.
The main section displays the customer's basic data:
Fenicia automatically classifies each customer based on their purchasing behavior using the RFM model (Recency, Frequency, Monetary value). The segment appears as a prominent badge on the profile.
| Segment | Description |
|---|---|
| Champions | Bought recently, buy often, and spend the most |
| Loyal customers | Purchase regularly with a solid average spend |
| Potential loyalists | Recent customers with moderate frequency |
| New customers | Made their first purchase recently |
| Promising | Recent buyers with growth potential |
| Need attention | Above-average frequency and spend, but haven't purchased recently |
| About to sleep | Low recency with moderate frequency |
| At risk | Used to buy a lot but haven't purchased in a while |
| Can't lose them | Were big spenders but are now inactive |
| Hibernating | Low activity across all metrics |
| Lost | No activity for an extended period |
Tip
Use RFM segments to create targeted campaigns. For example, send a special offer to At risk customers to re-engage them.
The profile displays three main indicators in highlighted cards:
The orders tab shows all orders linked to the customer, sorted by date. From here you can:
Linked orders
Orders are automatically linked to a customer by email address or channel identifier. If a customer purchases from multiple channels, all orders appear unified.
A customer can have multiple registered addresses, differentiated by type:
Each address includes street, neighborhood, city, state, postal code, and country.
For customers in Mexico, the profile stores complete fiscal profiles:
Required fiscal data
If your business issues CFDI invoices, make sure fiscal data is complete and up to date. An incorrect RFC or tax regime will prevent invoice issuance.
