Customer Profile
The customer profile brings together all relevant information on a single page: contact details, purchase history, automatic segmentation, and fiscal data. Access it from the customer list by clicking any customer name.
Contact Information
The main section displays the customer's basic data:
- Full name (or legal name for organizations)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Entity type: Individual or organization
- Company: Associated company name (if applicable)
- Tags: Custom tags assigned to the customer
RFM Segmentation
Fenicia automatically classifies each customer based on their purchasing behavior using the RFM model (Recency, Frequency, Monetary value). The segment appears as a prominent badge on the profile.
| Segment | Description |
|---|---|
| Champions | Bought recently, buy often, and spend the most |
| Loyal customers | Purchase regularly with a solid average spend |
| Potential loyalists | Recent customers with moderate frequency |
| New customers | Made their first purchase recently |
| Promising | Recent buyers with growth potential |
| Need attention | Above-average frequency and spend, but haven't purchased recently |
| About to sleep | Low recency with moderate frequency |
| At risk | Used to buy a lot but haven't purchased in a while |
| Can't lose them | Were big spenders but are now inactive |
| Hibernating | Low activity across all metrics |
| Lost | No activity for an extended period |
Tip
Use RFM segments to create targeted campaigns. For example, send a special offer to At risk customers to re-engage them.
Key Metrics
The profile displays three main indicators in highlighted cards:
- Health score (0-100): Indicates the likelihood that the customer remains active, based on purchase recency and frequency.
- Lifetime value (LTV): The total accumulated revenue the customer has generated.
- Total orders: The total number of orders placed.
Order History
The orders tab shows all orders linked to the customer, sorted by date. From here you can:
- View order details with a single click
- Filter by order status
- Quickly check amounts and dates
Linked orders
Orders are automatically linked to a customer by email address or channel identifier. If a customer purchases from multiple channels, all orders appear unified.
Addresses
A customer can have multiple registered addresses, differentiated by type:
- Shipping address: Where orders are delivered
- Billing address: Associated with fiscal data
Each address includes street, neighborhood, city, state, postal code, and country.
Fiscal Data
For customers in Mexico, the profile stores complete fiscal profiles:
- RFC: Federal Taxpayer Registry number
- Legal name: Official taxpayer name
- Tax regime: Applicable tax regime
- Fiscal postal code: Tax domicile postal code
Required fiscal data
If your business issues CFDI invoices, make sure fiscal data is complete and up to date. An incorrect RFC or tax regime will prevent invoice issuance.
