Customer List

Fenicia consolidates all your customers into a single view, regardless of the sales channel they originated from. From the customers page you can search for contacts, apply advanced segment filters, and export data for external analysis.

Quick Search

The search bar at the top lets you find customers instantly by:

  • Name (full or partial)
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Tip

Search works in real time. Start typing and results will update automatically.

Advanced Filters

To refine results beyond basic search, use the advanced filter panel.

Open the filter panel

Click the Filters button next to the search bar to expand the advanced options.

Set your criteria

You can combine multiple filters at once:

  • RFM Segment: Champions, loyal, at risk, lost, and more
  • Date range: Filter by creation date or last purchase
  • Tags: Select one or more custom tags
  • Entity type: Individual or organization
  • Total revenue: Minimum and maximum accumulated spend
  • Order count: Number of orders placed

Apply and review

Click Apply to see the filtered results. Active filters appear as tags below the search bar. Click the X on any tag to remove that filter.

Display Modes

Fenicia offers two modes for exploring your customer base:

Card viewMobile devices, seeing key information at a glance

Toggle between views using the icons in the upper-right corner of the list.

Sorting Results

Click any column header to sort results in ascending or descending order:

  • Name: Alphabetical order
  • Total spent: Highest or lowest accumulated amount
  • Order count: Most or fewest orders
  • Registration date: Newest or oldest customers

Bulk CSV Export

You can export your customer base to a CSV file for external analysis or import into other tools.

Apply filters (optional)

If you want to export only a subset of customers, set up your filters before exporting.

Click Export

Press the Export CSV button in the action bar. The file will include all customers matching the active filters.

Download the file

The CSV file will be generated and downloaded automatically. It includes name, email, phone, total spent, order count, and tags.

Export limit

CSV export includes up to 10,000 customers per download. If you need to export more, apply filters to split the export into batches.

Pagination

The customer list displays paginated results. Use the controls at the bottom to navigate between pages or adjust the number of results per page.
