The service catalog lets you manage all the service offerings for your business. Whether you offer appointments, on-demand work, projects, or field services, Fenicia centralizes administration in one place.
Fenicia supports four service types, each with its own configuration:
| Type | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Bookable appointment | Service with a schedule that clients can reserve | Medical consultation, photo session |
| On-demand task | Work requested without a fixed schedule | Repair, maintenance |
| Project | Delivery with defined scope and timeline | Web design, consulting |
| Field service | Work performed at the customer's location | Installation, inspection |
Tip
The service type determines which configuration options are available when creating it. For example, only bookable appointments have schedule availability management.
The Services page (/services) displays all your services with multiple viewing options:
Use the type filters to show only services in a specific category. You can combine filters with text search.
The search bar filters services by name or description in real time.
Each service can be active or inactive:
| Status | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Active | Visible to customers, available for booking |
| Inactive | Hidden from customers, bookings cannot be created |
Deactivate vs. delete
Deactivating a service hides it without losing the associated booking history. Use this option when you want to temporarily pause a service.
From the list you can perform direct actions on each service:
If you have not created any services yet, you will see a guide with available types and a button to create your first service.
