Service Catalog

The service catalog lets you manage all the service offerings for your business. Whether you offer appointments, on-demand work, projects, or field services, Fenicia centralizes administration in one place.

Service Types

Fenicia supports four service types, each with its own configuration:

Tip

The service type determines which configuration options are available when creating it. For example, only bookable appointments have schedule availability management.

Catalog View

The Services page (/services) displays all your services with multiple viewing options:

Available Views

  • Table view: Compact list with columns for name, type, price, status, and quick actions.
  • Card view: Visual cards with a service summary, ideal for small catalogs.

Type Filters

Use the type filters to show only services in a specific category. You can combine filters with text search.

Search

The search bar filters services by name or description in real time.

Active/Inactive Status

Each service can be active or inactive:

ActiveVisible to customers, available for booking
InactiveHidden from customers, bookings cannot be created

Deactivate vs. delete

Deactivating a service hides it without losing the associated booking history. Use this option when you want to temporarily pause a service.

Quick Actions

From the list you can perform direct actions on each service:

  • Edit: Modify configuration, price, or availability.
  • Duplicate: Create a copy with the same base configuration.
  • Activate/Deactivate: Change status without entering the detail view.
  • Delete: Remove the service permanently.

Empty State

If you have not created any services yet, you will see a guide with available types and a button to create your first service.
