The service creation wizard (/services/new) guides you step by step to configure a new service. The process adapts based on the service type you select.
Choose the type of service you want to create. This choice determines the configuration options available in the following steps.
Complete the main service details:
Options vary based on the selected type:
For bookable appointments:
For projects:
Define the pricing structure:
Verify all configuration before creating the service. You can go back to any step to make adjustments.
Tip
You do not need to complete all configuration at once. You can save as draft and continue later from the catalog.
If you created a bookable appointment type service, you need to configure schedule availability:
Define the days and hours when the service is available for bookings:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Active days | Select which days of the week you offer the service |
| Hours per day | Define start and end time for each active day |
| Breaks | Add rest blocks (e.g. lunch hour) |
Buffers are intervals between appointments that allow for preparation or rest:
The interval defines how often an available slot is offered. For example, with a 30-minute service and a 15-minute interval:
Appointment overlap
Fenicia automatically validates that slots do not overlap, considering the service duration and configured buffers.
The pricing configuration supports multiple scenarios:
| Field | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Base price | Amount before taxes | $500.00 |
| Tax rate | Applicable percentage | 16% (VAT) |
| Final price | Automatically calculated | $580.00 |
| Currency | Price currency | MXN |
Variable pricing
For services with variable pricing (such as projects), you can set a base price as reference and adjust when creating the booking.
Once the service is created:
