Sales Reports

The Reports → Sales section gives you a comprehensive analysis of your business performance. Access multiple views with key metrics, date range filters, and breakdowns across different dimensions.

KPI cards

At the top of each view you will find cards with the main indicators:

Net salesGross sales minus discounts and returns

Tip

Use the date range selector at the top to narrow the analysis period. You can choose predefined ranges (today, this week, this month) or define a custom range.

Analysis tabs

Summary

The main tab shows an overall picture with daily gross and net sales charts. It includes:

  • Daily trend chart — Visualize gross and net sales over the period.
  • Previous period comparison — Identify growth or decline compared to the equivalent prior period.
  • Discount and tax breakdown — Accumulated totals for the selected period.

By order

Detail of each individual order with financial and fiscal metric columns:

Fiscal metrics

The VAT collected, withholdings, and deductible commissions columns are especially useful for monthly tax reconciliation and return preparation.

By product

Analyze which products generate the most revenue:

  • Units sold per product in the period.
  • Total revenue generated by each product.
  • Average ticket per product.
  • Sortable by any column to identify best sellers and underperformers.

By channel

Compare performance across your sales channels:

  • Gross and net sales per channel (Shopify, Amazon, MercadoLibre, POS, etc.).
  • Order count per channel.
  • Average order value per channel.
  • Each channel's percentage share of total sales.

By category

Group sales by product category to understand which business lines are most profitable:

  • Total revenue per category.
  • Units sold per category.
  • Percentage contribution to total sales.

By brand

If you manage multiple brands, this view shows:

  • Sales per brand in the selected period.
  • Cross-brand comparison.
  • Brand trend over time.

Mexico fiscal report

Availability

This tab is only available for accounts with country set to Mexico.

The fiscal report includes a specialized breakdown for tax reconciliation:

WithholdingsISR and IVA withheld in third-party transactions

Tip

Export the fiscal report to share with your accountant. The data is organized in the format needed for monthly and annual tax returns.

Available filters

All reports share a common set of filters to narrow the analysis:

  • Date range — Analysis period with predefined or custom ranges.
  • Sales channel — Filter by one or multiple channels.
  • Order status — Include or exclude orders based on their status.
