Abandoned Carts

From Sales → Carts you can view and manage carts that your customers left without completing. This tool helps you identify sales recovery opportunities and track contact attempts.

Abandoned carts view with status, value, and abandonment date

Cart lifecycle

Each abandoned cart follows a status flow:

StatusDescription
PendingRecently abandoned cart, no follow-up action taken
ContactedA reminder was sent or the customer was contacted
RecoveredThe customer completed the purchase after follow-up
ClosedManually dismissed (customer not interested)
ExpiredExceeded maximum recovery time without action

Channel synchronization

Carts are automatically synced from your connected e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). Sync frequency depends on each channel's configuration.

Cart views

The interface offers two display modes:

Table view

Shows carts in tabular format with columns:

  • Status (color badge)
  • Customer (name and email)
  • Cart value
  • Items in cart
  • Source channel
  • Abandonment date
  • Last action

Card view

Presents each cart as a visual card with summarized information, ideal for mobile screens.

Tip

Sort by Cart value descending to prioritize recovery of the highest-value carts.

Follow-up and recovery
