Abandoned Carts
From Sales → Carts you can view and manage carts that your customers left without completing. This tool helps you identify sales recovery opportunities and track contact attempts.
Cart lifecycle
Each abandoned cart follows a status flow:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Recently abandoned cart, no follow-up action taken |
| Contacted | A reminder was sent or the customer was contacted |
| Recovered | The customer completed the purchase after follow-up |
| Closed | Manually dismissed (customer not interested) |
| Expired | Exceeded maximum recovery time without action |
Channel synchronization
Carts are automatically synced from your connected e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). Sync frequency depends on each channel's configuration.
Cart views
The interface offers two display modes:
Table view
Shows carts in tabular format with columns:
- Status (color badge)
- Customer (name and email)
- Cart value
- Items in cart
- Source channel
- Abandonment date
- Last action
Card view
Presents each cart as a visual card with summarized information, ideal for mobile screens.
Tip
Sort by Cart value descending to prioritize recovery of the highest-value carts.
Follow-up and recovery
Identify high-value carts
Filter by minimum value to focus on opportunities with the highest revenue impact.
Contact the customer
From the cart detail, use the available contact actions:
- Send reminder email
