Quick Start

Welcome to Fenicia. This guide will help you set up your account and process your first order in less than 5 minutes.

New to Fenicia?

If you don't have an account yet, sign up for free to get started.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • An active Fenicia account
  • Access to at least one sales channel (Shopify, Amazon, MercadoLibre, etc.)
  • Basic business information

Setup Steps

Configure your business profile

Go to Settings > Business and complete the basic information:

  • Business name
  • Tax address
  • Timezone
  • Default currency

Connect your first channel

Go to Channels > Add channel and select your e-commerce platform. Follow the instructions to authorize the connection.

Fenicia supports 15+ sales channels organized by type:

Global marketplaces:

  • Amazon
  • MercadoLibre
  • TikTok Shop
  • Shein
  • eBay

Mexico marketplaces:

  • Walmart Mexico
  • Liverpool
  • Coppel
  • Claro Shop
  • T1 Comercios (Sears / Sanborns)

E-commerce platforms:

  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • Tienda Nube
  • Magento
  • PrestaShop

Social & advertising:

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram Shopping)
  • Google Merchant Center

Tip

You can connect multiple channels and Fenicia will automatically sync products, inventory, and orders across all of them.

Sync your catalog

Once the channel is connected, Fenicia will automatically sync:

  • Products and variants
  • Inventory
  • Existing orders

Set up inventory locations

Go to Inventory > Locations to configure your warehouses or points of sale. This is important for stock control.

Your First Order

Once configured, new orders will automatically appear in Orders > All orders.

Tip

Enable notifications in Settings > Notifications to receive alerts when new orders arrive.
