Booking Management

The bookings page (/bookings) centralizes all customer appointments and service requests. From here you can confirm, start, complete, or cancel bookings according to your business workflow.

Booking States

Each booking follows a defined lifecycle:

State flow

Bookings advance in one direction: Pending → Confirmed → In progress → Completed. Cancellation is only possible from the first three states.

Bookings View

Status Filters

Use the top tabs to filter bookings by status. Counters next to each tab show how many bookings are in each category.

Search

Search bookings by customer name, service, or reference. The search filters in real time as you type.

Available Views

  • Table view: Detailed list with date, customer, service, status, and actions.
  • Card view: Visual summary of each booking with key information.

Tip

Table view is ideal for managing a high volume of bookings. Cards work better for a quick review of the day.

Management Actions

Confirm Booking

Approve a pending booking to indicate to the customer that their appointment is scheduled.

Start Service

Mark the beginning of service execution. This is useful for tracking actual duration.

Complete Service

Finalize the booking indicating the service was delivered successfully.

Cancel Booking

Cancel a booking with an optional reason. The customer receives a cancellation notification.

Cancellations

Cancellations are irreversible. Once cancelled, a booking cannot be reactivated. If the customer wants to reschedule, they must create a new booking.

Booking Detail

Clicking on a booking opens its full detail:

  • Service information: Name, type, duration, and price.
  • Customer data: Name, email, phone, and notes.
  • Date and time: Reserved slot and estimated duration.
  • History: State change log with timestamps.

Empty State

If there are no bookings registered, you will see a guide to create your first service and start receiving bookings.
